Northwest Salmon Cakes with Spicy Chipotle Aioli

Yield: 12 salmon cakes

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put all salmon in food processor on high for 30 seconds. Add to large bowl.
  2. Add all other ingredients intro food processor except the panko and puree completely. Then add to the salmon and mix well.
  3. Add panko and mix well. Let stand in fridge for 10 min.
  4. Hand form them into approximately 2 oz patties.
  5. Pan fry in butter until golden on each side.

Chipotle Aioli

Ingredients

Puree in food processor for 1 min.

Serve and enjoy!
