Oregon Pink Shrimp Ceviche
Oregon Pink Shrimp Ceviche Recipe
- 2 lbs Fresh Oregon Pink Shrimp
- 2 medium tomatoes (diced)
- ½ bunch cilantro chopped
- ¼ onion diced
- 1 English cucumber small dice
- 2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
- 3 oz of light beer (we like Pacifico or Corona)
- 2 oz ketchup… (I know… I know!) it just adds that perfect zip
- Dash Original Tabasco sauce to taste
Mix it all well and taste!
Serve with fresh tortilla chips and beer… or a Margarita!
