GATHER AND FEAST FARM
Through the symbiotic relationship between plants, animals, earth, and people, Gather and Feast Farm combines bio-dynamic farming principles with the age-old tradition of breaking bread and raising a glass. Owned and operated by Crave Catering’s owner, Mark Lopez, Gather and Feast Farm is the source of many of the ingredients found in Crave’s menus.
On our 20-acre property just outside the historic town of La Center, WA, you’ll find dozens of varieties of vegetables, fruit trees, and herbs. Gather and Feast Farm is also the home of laying hens, boiler hens, quail, geese, and one llama–all raised free of pesticides, herbicides, and chemicals.
